So excited to see this movie! Though we didn't get to play it for as long as we would have liked, Joel and I really enjoyed playing D&D! And this cast is exciting too!
SPOILERS IN REPLIES Just got out of the theatre. The movie is amazing. Really didn’t see that coming.. well except that I watched this video before so I kind of did know that it was going to be really good. Don’t read my reply because there may be spoilers!
I really loved the clever ideas that they used to solve problems in this movie and the way that they don’t work but then do work and so on. Most of the solutions were very clever and it added a lot to the movie. I loved the characters and the plot as well the whole thing was just very fun to watch. There is a great callback at the end of the movie where instead of repeating the line it doesn’t say anything. Perfect.
There were only like 15 people in the theatre. We walked into the theatre with the movie already being 10 minutes into trailers and were able to get amazing seats. Everybody else was watching Mario. I really hope this movie does well enough for them to make more.
@@chrisreid8298 I hope so, too. I went on about how well I thought this movie would do in this video (and I think Paramount marketed the heck out of it, and it's an excellent film, so it really should be doing better!), but it's not doing very well at all. It hurts it a ton that everyone in the world went to Mario last weekend. Maybe once everyone realizes that movie is not good, and once word of mouth for D&D gets going, it will start doing better. I think it might help that there's not another PG-13 action/adventure film coming out until Guardians of the Galaxy 3 on May 5, so it may capture some people over the next couple weeks that are looking for something like that and don't really have anything else to see.

Sooooo excited!!🧙♂️🧚♂️🧝🧌
I said Chris Pratt at the end there. Definitely should have said Chris Pine 🤦♂️
I didn’t notice in the moment either. Too many Chris’s in Hollywood.
Whatever you do, don't count the number of times I said "like" in this review 🙄
