When you started scrapping inside the Red Rocket I was saying "save first!". It is so aggravating those buildings are scrappable.

@@spoonerdee The Grease movie, yeah, same here, didn't care at all for that movie, it was a musical Chick Flick. Had to take my Girlfriend and her Sister to watch it. Probably why I can't stand musical movies to this day.

There are definitely mods for this. Even PS4 has like 2 or 3 mods to make Atom Cats Garage a settlement. I have an example posted here:

It ain't drop in the bucket compared to SpoonerDee, but it works.
No idea about next generation. The mod I used is in the description near the bottom of the list.
