May HRH The Princess of Wales continue to heal in the way SHE chooses. As a cancer survivor myself and a mother of tweens at the time, I was absolutely petrified to tell them and have them think I was not going to get healthy again, especially with my family history of cancer. It was rough dealing with raising children while trying to deal with your body and mind while being radiated and on infusion therapy. I am now 20 years cancer free and do not take a single day for granted. I go for all my normal checks. I was fortunate that I caught mine at an fairly early stage. Please go for your checks and listen to your body.

You can tell that message was written with heart by Catherine herself! Only someone who has gone through cancer and its treatments could write that. We also know that she is a hands on Mom even if she has a nanny around. I was thrilled to hear she is listening to her body. I’ve always told people that our bodies DO talk to us and we must listen if we want to stay well. Great news!😊

Wishing the Princess of Wales a full and complete recovery. No one really knows the horrific challenge she is undergoing unless you have seen or experience cancer. She is still very ill and should be allowed to heal in peace. I am happy for her that she feels strong enough to attend the events for tomorrow.
Alexandra, one day when news is light, could you maybe explain what it means for organizations to have a Royal patron? Do they ask for a certain Royal to be their patron or are they assigned or does a Royal ask to be a Patron for something that’s near to their heart. And what is the commitment by the Royal to the organization if any.

To anyone wants to know what the Best thing & the Best Gift to give HRH Catherine, The Princess of Wales, it is Simply Normality. It's the Greatest thing to be able to Cling to, with all the Medical Interventions, all the Hustle & Bustle & Enforced Changes to your Life while Fighting the Beast, the Simple Pleasure of the Memory of what was Normal in your Life, the Control you had over the Things You Usually filled your Days with. Those are the things that make the light in the Tunnel you're travelling through, those are the things you cling to on the "Bad" Days. The Goal is to Return to Normal & those around you behaving towards you as they Normally Did.

Regarding, Her Majesty Queen Letizia, several weeks ago she broke her right toe after bumping into a table. The Queen also suffers from chronic Metatarsalgia on both of her feet. From what I understand, it's quite painful.
She has Morton's neuroma and recently had a household accident where she fractured her right toe.
She is having a bad problem walking in high heels. I forgot the name of the condition but it's very painful
Doing well my dear friend. A person can tell she was very uncomfortable and there is always a lot of walking involved on these occasions so, yes a person will have to make it as comfortable as possible.
