Ouroboros hooked me right away. After listening to Kostolom the first time this was he first song I went back to for a second listen. Love it.
Steered away from death metal my whole life. I'm 35. Crushed my too top digits of index and middle fingers with a door accident/negligence on the gyms part but boy. This band has helped shed some serious anger and frustrations. This is one of my favorite songs of theirs. Does wonders, thank you for your craft. Its helped out a lot. ❤

Neither will stamp metal for the next decade lol. Slaughter to Prevail is amazing and Lorna sucks ass. There are much better bands than both and much better vocalists than this dude.

I like 2 music genres. Deathcore and classical music. This song introduces some classical vibes in a breakdown. It's perfection.

It is a favourite musical genre of death metal / grindcore Gods such as : Trey Azagthoth / David Vincent / Pete Sandoval (Morbid Angel) and Bill Steer / Jeff Walker (Carcass). However, it’s NOT “way more brutal” than metal collectively, but rather, requires an exceptional degree of organisation due to the number of musicians involved in producing such cerebrally emotive and complex arrangements.
Edit : No classical works of any composer (even the doom of Wagner) comes close to the brutality of a band like HIDEOUS DIVINITY.
The drummer in this band needs a raise lol. The whole band is good, bur my god.
2:30 onwards is the best part of the album for me, get my hairs standing up. Tho I do wish they dragged the solo out a little longer 🤪

Definitely the best sub genres of metal out there. There’s a new subgenre called Nu core like Tallah. Check them out too.
