I would not have time every week to do a spread also. I have always been one to set up events and tasks as I know they are coming. I calendar year plan but ordered the 2020 at launch and already have stickers and such in my weeklies for school calendar and other events I know are happening. So anytime I open it everything that I am aware of happening between now and 12/31/20 is there and me and my pen can brain dump on the busy weeks.
I like the way you do birthdays on the sidebar but I think I'm going to also try to put it on the actual day in the weekly view so I don't forget to at least wish the person a happy birthday...gifts and cards I will have to figure out lol because I kinda dropped the ball on that this year (whoops)
It’s so nice to see some weeks decorative and some weeks not. It’s like me. And I feel overwhelmed sometimes like I’m failing because I love the stickers but it don’t use them or I use them and then I don’t write in it because it’s too pretty to write in.
Just yesterday I said to myself, "did I miss her year in review video?" And checked. I look forward to this video every year!

Love this and of course I love how organized you are! But.....do you carry this planner with you when you go to an appointment and you know you will need to schedule the next one? Or to a planning meeting? I always wanted to ask....thank you for sharing!
Here's a quick tip....... I have a google phone, so when I have appointments or meetings I use the voice feature to add the calendar event with the time and a brief description. After setting the calendar event, I'll set an alarm for a time I know I'll be home and around my planner and I title the alarm "Update planner for event" and then it's never forgotten. Hope this helps!

Do you use blue Pilot G2 refills, or just buy a new pen each time? It's weird, the refills really don't seem that cost effective.
i really struggle with using my monthly spread. I think because I don't know everything in advance. Do you put everything for your monthly in the beginning of the month or sometimes as the month goes on?
What stickers do you use on your monthly layout where you write the times and it's like 1/3 filled in? Are those KAD too?
