No smoking is not a normal thing.
It's against halacha. It kills, it's disgusting and so is normalising it.
Girls have to be so perfect, but you have no problem normalising smoking for boys. If you tell guys it's not ok, and you won't get a shidduch maybe the attitude that's it's no big deal will stop.
