Ice Spice went from spamming Latto’s IG comments with love emojis to now shading her and accusing Latto of trying to copy her.

I’m an 80’s baby, grew up in the 80-90’s. I miss the old Hip-Hop, back then every female was allowed to shine and they all had a platform. Nicki grew up during the same time I did & probably listened to same music if her parents allowed it. The only female beef was Lil Kim and Foxy Brown but that was for record sales. Behind closed doors they were good friends. They both came out with they were in their teens. Foxy was younger though and creepy azz Jay-Z took advantage of her. Lil Kim was 17 when she appeared on the song “Player’s Anthem” by Junior Mafia. Other than that so many females would work together on songs. In my OPINION I don’t see Nicki as a queen, she always controversial. Acts like she’s the only who can be the queen of rap. There are multiple female rappers who came out before her and pave the way for her to get where she’s at. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that. You have MC Lyte, Queen Penn, Queen Latifah, Roxanne Roxanne, Salt & Peppa, Da Brat, Missy Elliott, etc. Those are Queens and some of them worked together on songs.
