This figure is phenomenal. I like the relaxed arm for display. I pray Trick or Treat Studios does the other Halloween movies in Scream Greats form. I don’t play, I display…so I’m incredibly happy with this Scream Greats iteration 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I love what Darco customs has done by giving real hair hands, new paint coveralls. Paint job on the face. I hope to see more 78 versions from more companies too but in terms of accuracy this is great. Ryan Harper is pleased and he is great at custom 78 myers head sculpts
I want an Ultimate of the 78 Michael. That's all I want.

@@TheReviewSpot they really did, I’m going to get quiet a few of these to make a perfect custom 78 neca myers.
Even the box is very reminiscent of the movie maniacs/early 2000s figures. I love it! Such a solid figure.
Just bought today finally! And I just have him posed with relaxed hands by his sides and a slight head tilt, looks sooo much more impressive and creepier than my Neca myers figures! Hats off to trick or treat studios.

I have to say this is a really cool looking figure. As opposed to the more recent Neca Halloween Myers figures this figure puts theirs to shame.
This is a really nice looking Halloween 78 Michael Myers figure. Solid work on the part of Trick or Treat Studios! The head sculpt in particular is rather impressive. As much as I love neca more I feel like this is more of an accurate figure than what neca did back then very surprising especially since neca makes the most realistic figures.

Looks great but they really dropped the ball with the super limited articulation....this might as well be a statue.......not even elbow joints?...like come on

I agree this is the best 78 Myers we've got so far, too bad it doesn't scale very well with Neca figures as it's taller than H2 figure which is already too tall for a classic Myers.
Scales fine with the 8 inch Neca stuff

@chojinkid lol... every retro cloth Neca figure is 8 inches, hence why I said it scales with their 8 inch ones
@@idiot_city5244 I mean the other Horror slashers, who cares about the older sucky Myers from the retro cloth line if we now have this one :D, the current Necas are 7" and some of them still scale pretty badly, like Leatherface shorter than Krueger, Krueger as tall as Jason, and H2 Myers who was barely 5'11" boosted with lifts in the movie at Neca is the tallest of everyone, much taller than 6'5" Leatherface and Jason, (somebody should tell Neca that Dick Warlock was only 5'9" in H2, and that Tyler Mane was in the 2007 remake :D) and this one is even taller now, that's the only downside, other than that it's a great figure
@chojinkid current? Lol they still make the retro cloth stuff, I see it just as much as the Ultimates. It's very obvious it dosent scale with the ultimates... that's why I said it does with the retro line
It really looked great when you compared it to those other two. Yeesh. It's apparent that the pumpkin was obviously 3D printed in this extreme close up.

I like the figure but I still think the 1999 movie maniacs one is the best. Those figures were ahead of its time imo
I love this Michael Myers figure. Anyone have any suggestions on protector display case for this one? I wanted to keep one in the package, so I was curious if anyone knows what protector case would work best for this particular figure? I’ve bought a few protector cases for some Star Wars figures in the past, but I’m not real familiar with any display/protector cases for this particular figure

Will the head work on any of NECA’s Michael Myers figures?
in theory yes, the NECAs use though posts and the TOT uses Ball peg joints so it might sit a bit loose on the NECA bodies

The head does work but the ball peg is in the tots headsculpt it's self, I heated it up and removed the peg and it fits right on the neca figures, it is quite loose though
The coveralls in the first movie were actually olivewood green...spruce green for H2. Love the head sculpt here, but not enough articulation for me. Not a big fan of 5 POA in this scale.
They were actually Tex-Green Sears Tradewear Coveralls
Looks more accurate than neca versions
