will the decals stay good on the coffee cups through many many Washings especially in the dishwasher or do you have to do some type of heat setting on the cup

Can you use 651 instead of 813? Where do you find oramask?

Beth Eubank 651 is your permanent vinyl and you can get an array of colors. Where as 813 is for stencils. I get all my vinyl on amazon. I found it to be the cheapest option for me. Hope this helps. 😊
