Nel video di oggi vediamo un primo test di questo Fiatagri 88-94 DT modificato per poter trainare il getto dell'irrigatore a pioggia anche sul mais alto senza rovinare le piante e senza lasciare in campo le "piste" non seminate.

@@18birko1 Really it is intended to get around the specialist high GC machines used for spraying tall crops on tram lines such as maize...fair enough with water ballasted tires & wheel weights but the machine transition is the thing I feel is so alarming. I have no problem leaving a silage pit on a near vertical face but this would cause me to require a change of shorts in the cab!

@@davidbrewer7937 it just looks soo instable. He is driving it on flat, concrete driveway and the wheels still gible like crazy. Whole machine is on 4 beams, that are connected only on one way to the tractor. The momentos in the beams must be insane for any side forces. I would just have to constantly wipe myself :V

Seeing the tractor driving on top of the crop is quite an impressive scene.
Usually they will buy a tractor that is already that high. The cost of putting all that hydraulic equipment on a tractor probably cost about half of what a tractor would cost and less dangerous.

This is astonishing! Here in the West, we use mostly Circle machines, though I have seen some like this, and with the bare tracks.

I would like to see how this irrigation system actually works.

But basically the reel of pipe has a water driven motor on it and as the water flows through it, it runs the motor which slowly winds the pipe back onto the reel. At the sprinkler head there is a mechanism that rotates the water jet so it does a full 360 rotation to cover a large area as it is slowly wound back into the big reel.

i wouldn't trust it it steel bars/frame swayed back & forth those steel frame are not steady. needs to weld more metal frames to it like V or X something to make it more stable.going forward doesn't burn out. but going reverse is slower it may burn out no extra gears.curious.

My tractor has a 16 speed transmission, with a shuttle Forward/Reverse, which allows me to use all 16 speeds regardless of which direction I'm going.
His tractor has the same thing.

Anche se è bella da vedere la trovo comunque un invenzione inutile.. I soldi che perdi lasciando 2 file libere li hai comunque già spesi
100 volte con le modifiche fatte al trattore che penso costino un botto.. Oltre le ruote rialzate c'è l'impianto idraulico per il gancio traino e forse anche per il sollevatore oltre la scaletta.. Poi comunque le file vicino a quelle mancanti producono comunque un po' di più quindi non è tutto perso al 100%.. Ed è un trattore che si può utilizzare solo per tirare il rotolone perché non credo possa portare il peso di una botte da almeno 10/15 quintali.. In definitiva meglio lasciar fare e usare il vecchio metodo.

Tra l'altro non è pericoloso spostare così in alto il baricentro del mezzo? Considerando che quando si progetta un veicolo che sia trattore, auto o moto viene costruito perché esegua determinate funzioni e non altre, se avessero voluto creare un mezzo ad hoc penso che l'avrebbero già inventato, no?
