Dear, under lockable & virtual, why builders don't provide buy back option so that buyer can exit from property on his will?
Else buyer can't exit when builder is not able to lease out these in future post Minimum Guarantee / AR. Rera must impose this clause so that Buyer cannot fall into trap of unwanted losses due to Non Exit
there is a commercial opportunity complete building is virtual space .rents divided to all unit owners. Is it good opportunity can I invest or not please suggest .? and in virtual space who need to bear the maintenance amount..?
