The play was blown dead by the ref who thought he'd stepped out of bounds. You can't review anything which occurs after the play is blown dead. That's why the ref should have let the play continue, and then they could have reviewed to see if he DID step out.
If the play was blown dead. Then there should have been flags against Arkansas for unnecessary roughness as they still tackled Mond long after the play was blown dead in the endzone
There is an exception to the rule that a touchdown can be awarded if the whistle did not materially affect the outcome of the play. Apparently these refs were not up to date with the rules. It should have been ruled a TD by replay booth because of that exception since no defender stopped trying to make a play after the whistle was blown. The refs are human but replay is there to make it right and they did not.
I tend to shy away from doing videos for the really ugly wins (La-Monroe 2014, UTSA 2016, and the two you mentioned). Just don't like reliving them. I prefer to forget about them!

Ridiculous! Clearly a touchdown! Auburn fan here but I wish refs would quit blowing plays dead like this until they know for sure.
