Welcome to my NEW SERIES - Rust Island! In this series I'll be organising 4 teams of players to compete for victory over my Rust Island! 4 teams enter, but only 1 team will leave! They earn points for completing objectives like raiding, bradley and helicopter, and we're working on getting plugins to keep improving the quality of this event, but I hope you love attempt! There WILL be more! Enjoy.
What is Rust? Rust is an INTENSE PVP multiplayer survival game that I've played for THOUSANDS of hours. I've gone on MASSIVE Solo adventures, clan wipes, HUGE raids and just about every experience under the Sun. It's a game that can have the most intense nail biting moments, or you can spend hours doing nothing interesting, The way the cookie crumbles can never be predicted and of course I save the absolute best bits for you guys. Whether it's PvP moments, epic counter raids or my clan messing with each other, everything you need to experience Rust is right here on the Max Mears channel. I hope you enjoy, peace.

Love the vid! One cool thing to have would be a small countdown for the phases in a corner. That way we would know how far into the different phases we are.
I was thinking of adding chapters which would essentially be the same, just kinda prefer leaving the screen less cluttered and we'll have a points system on screen soon too
@@MaxsRust I understand the clutter issue, but I think the awareness of the time needs to be addressed. It does feel slightly weird trying to guess how close to some point we are, even tho you do say times here and there

You know whats great about this format? Its allowing younger players to experience competitive team play. As they develop, it ensures the longevity of the scene. You are doing much more than just merely hosting a tournament. hopefully you host more new/lesser known teams.
one critique would be to try sticking as an observer and lessen the comments/info towards the teams as it influences their decision-making. which i wouldnt worry too much as you will also continue improving.
Overall stellar job. I dont play rust and thoroughly enjoyed this. looking forward to your next events!

Out of all my 10+ years of watching CZcams, by far this is the 2nd best video I have ever watched. Last years twitch rivals was the first just based on more people, more events, and more content. The length was great, could be longer in my opinion. I love 2 - 3+ hours videos as long as the content isn't boring and I watched ever minute of this. Well done on the events, obviously there's a few things that could have been done better but like you said in the video, it's only going to get better and better and that's how I feel like your content has been, better and better. I've seen probably your last 30+ videos and have enjoyed every one of them. Keep up the good work! Hard to find good content on CZcams and yours is definitely some of the best.❤❤❤

i love the concept but an hour for building/peace phase would have been more appropriate. For bases big enough to accomodate large clans it's going to take longer than the time you gave a duo to make a bunker cave base

great show, and good production, i think when interviewing you give too many tips and knowledge to the players tho, would like ot just hear more of where they think they are at with progress, it would be nice if you could make some kinda plugin to make it easier for viewers to keep track of teams, currently the names jump around all over the place

When you're admin and using Vanish, you should be able to use 'R' to open boxes and crates that are locked.

If this was anywhere else I would have called ESP on Twig for their raid. Like there is no reasonable explanation to hit that corner where Trap TC was. Even if they planned to foundation wipe that was the worst spot for splash. But since this was event we can call it a lucky guess. Luck is factor in this game for sure. xD
last tc ensures victory , points only for suicide round end of event. I think this would be a better way personally not need for complicated tally for the whole event just for decider round
