Training mission, we're not authorised to actually drop live ordinance or countermeasures, so it's all in SIM mode. Would be a bit of a diplomatic sore point to bomb a friendly airbase!
Joint Nato training exercise, gives practice all round. They get to play defenders and practice interception drills, we get to practice a co-ordinated strike.
It took over 90 hours of production time to do the 1000 unit video, and pushed DCS beyond its limits. Ask again when DCS has multi-threading, and buy me a super computer, we'll see.

It's a single player campaign
While I think it is funny that your voice comes "via radio" when in outside view, I think the distortion is a bit too much.
It's actually SRS pass through that you're hearing in the external shots. I'll have to see if there's some options within it to adjust the effects.

Also it's just a game so you can make Turkey the enemy if you wish.
