Are the upper control arm relocation brackets required for the rear with a 4 inch lift? I noticed the bds kit comes with them but the rough country kit don’t for a 2015 ram 1500. Will this cause vibration or any issues if you don’t install the brackets?

Awesome video ... wow the truck looks crazy bad ass now those rims are sick with the 35 Nitto’s !!! I did a very similar setup on my 19 Ram sport too ... 4” BDS lift with the Fox shocks as well. Got some sweet 20x10 Fuel Assaults with 33” NITTO Grapplers. I wish I would have went with the 35’s but didn’t think my truck would clear the garage door opening only to find out that it just would have barely!! Next set of Nittos for sure will be 35’s! Next up this spring for my Ram .... Borla S-Type cat back kit and S&B cold air intake kit. Also wanna light it up with some under carriage rock lights and a killer light bar in front !! Love your vids your vehicles are all so awesome !!! 🤟

I really like the wheels took a bit to grow on me but the more I look at them I more I like them, I just got rid of my "beast" which had a lot of the same mods as yours did and picked up a new body laramie 1500, just threw on a borla attak exhaust and now looking at a BDS air lift 4" suspension along with 20" wheels and some 35s. Hemifever tuning ordered and on the way. This is such a fun truck to drive already and the progress made on these new trucks is phenomenal

@@BEASTProjects What lug nuts did you use with these wheels? The wheels grew on me so much I ordered an all black set for my laramie. I have used gorilla splined lug nuts on my prior HD wheel swaps in black chrome

4:59 that tiny rubber stove pipe is your diff breather. Go get you some longer 1/4 tubing from the the auto parts store and relocate it higher. It'll keep water out of the diff just in case the mall parking lot floods and you need to get out. Those wheels are sick, nice grab!

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone have any idea why? So I have my 2020 1500 Ram, I have installed a 4" BDS lift kit, and today I got XF rims 20x10 -24 offset wrapped in 35x12.5x20 Toyo AT2 Extreme, but I realized tires are rubbing in the plastic liner wheel well. I've seen guys with just a 2" leveling kit they can fit same tires no problem, but I don't know why mine is rubbing I'm kinda pissed.
There's a lot a variables at play, like the offset, backspacing & tire tread that could be causing the rub. Hopefully it's not too bad & you just need to trim the liner a little bit. It's not unusual for that to happen when your modifying..
Also thought about grabbing the pulsar edge, but would love more info on the diablo tune. Your Ram is identical to mine, minus the lift and choice of wheels and tires.

Did you have to mess with the gear ratios at all after lifting it and adding bigger tires? New to the Ram game, just bought a 2020 Rebel a few weeks ago.
I didn't the Rebel has a 3.92 gear ratio, which is the max you can go because of the IFS.
How would you say 35s vs the stock 33s affect mpg on the rebel with 3.92s?
Not much difference at all.
Did that wheel set up change your load index?
Looks great! But hose decorative bead lock rings trap water and drives me nuts.

elpapadebatman Not that I have seen since most wheels are some sort of alloy. Just always water in there which is usually dirty from the road.

How much do those wheels rub? I'm debating between 0 or -12 offset
No rub at all.
Trying to do this for my 2016 rebel but I want to go with the Fuel Beast rims. Would it be the same offset on these and do I need to go with 20x9 or should I go with 20x10?? and is does this need a speedo calibration?
There's a lot of variables at play. I can tell you on 2019+ Ram 1500 Trucks, 20X9" 1+ Offset is perfect. If you go with larger tires, you'll need to calibrate the speedo.

It did settle a little as time went on.

What's your exhaust system? And why not a 6" lift? My 2019 Rebel has a Borla ATAK exhaust with a 2" leveling kit. I'm wanting a 6" BDS though.

@@BEASTProjects Yes, I just saw that, and the one about the diablo as well. I'd be worried about the warranty though lol. As previously mentioned, I'm running a Borla ATAK exhaust. I'm actually not sure if I have Res delete or not, may have to check on that. But I love it. Just bought some more tires yesterday too, my third set, just cause I like change lol.

Are you happy with the height of the 4 inch lift? Do you wish you went with 6? It is tough to tell in pictures did it get a good amount bigger with the 4?
Yup, we were really happy w/ it. Didn’t want to go 37” tires w/ that big. Looks perfect w/ 4” lift & 35’s.

Looks great. Couple questions why did you go with the 1 inch offset. Can you go with a wider tire? Almost looks too skinny with a 9.
You can probably go with a 20X10 wheel, but there might be a little tire poke. I wanted to avoid that w/ all the miles we put on the truck. They don't look skinny on this setup, but I probably would of went w/ a wider wheel if I got a 6" lift & went to 37" tires.

This kit, 100%!! BDS’s kit maintains the suspension geometry, so you don’t break stuff during articulation.
Damn I got excited thinking this was the 4" AirRide BDS lift kit; ZERO videos of the install on the web :l looks pretty similar though aside from the struts and lack of air lines

All kits are different. Some are preloaded and others mount the spacer on top of the strut.

You could have a least washed the truck for her lol. Im installing 22" fuel contras with red milling this Spring.
You need to add skme red accents around the truck to off set all the black. I have red ram logo going on the sport hood and red tow hooks.

None, almost 100% leveled.
They were telling me that there is like a half inch to an inch but I think with our trucks that looks good because almost dead level makes us look nose high..you know
So is the ride really as comparable to stock? The only difference is that you have the Bilsteins on your front suspension on the rebel. My ride should even be more plush with the NON-ORP suspension.
There wasn’t a preload spacer.
It rides nice.... much better than the 2500 after lifting it.
