I like the color contrast between right and left sides of the screen with darker and lighter tones respectively. It's almost as if the darker side reflects the depth of sound and the lighter one is reflecting the lightness of being of it all 😅

Trust me when I say your video is fine. I typically run playlists with my phone screen turned off. I don't notice a difference when I'm knocked out from such relaxing sounds anyway. 😴
What's more important is taking care of yourself. If you have to reduce your content output in the name of your physical/mental heath, by all means do so. I among many others, will be waiting.
