This recipe will make your schnitzel even more tender thanks to yoghurt, garlic and seasoning marinade.
    Ingredients For Chicken Schnitzel
    400 g of chicken cutlets
    150 g of plain yogurt
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tablespoon of marjoram
    salt & black pepper
    1 egg
    breadcrumbs for coating
    oil for frying
    How To Make The Best Chicken Schnitzel
    1. First, prepare the chicken meat: slice the chicken breasts lengthwise and gently pound them over plastic wrap on the thicker sides to even out their height and ensure uniform cooking. Season the cutlets on both sides with salt and black pepper.
    2. In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, pressed garlic cloves, marjoram, and egg. If someone prefers it spicy, they can add a bit of ground chili. Thoroughly mix everything to combine the yogurt with the egg and seasonings.
    3. Coat the cutlets on all sides with the yogurt marinade and place them in a bowl. Pour the remaining marinade over the cutlets, cover with plastic wrap, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    4. Once the cutlets are marinated, coat them on both sides with breadcrumbs and place them into heated oil. The layer of oil should be at least halfway up the height of the cutlets.
    5. Fry the cutlets on each side until golden brown. (Approximately 5 minutes)
    6. Serve the finished schnitzel with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, or alongside potato salad. The choice of side dish is up to you.
