Really?? we went during the month of August, hotel staff do not speak English very much so sometimes it was difficult to communicate with staff, floors were extremely slippery, food was below average at best, the entertainment was o.k not the best, music played around the pool was not suitable for families at all, 10min walk from the hotel to the beach if you call it that. I would definately rate this hotel a good 3 star, definitely not a 5 star Hotel!!!

@@christinadagli9243 synes det var et fint hotel, men nu er jeg heller ikke typen der brokker mig over alt, russerne var bare irriterende, så snart der var mad så var de på pletten, fyldte tallerkener helt op og efterlod dem. Fitnessrummet på hotellet var perfekt hvis man kan li det

( all inclusive) I will take my money and go in the morning. The lights are not on in the corridors. If you don't want to waste your money, don't come.

All inklusive olduğu halde dondurma , popcorn ve benzeri, içecekler paralı. Saçma sapan bir yer . 2 hafta nasıl bitecek bilmiyorum. Aile odasın da bir büyük yatak, iki küçük yatak var. 5 kişiyiz. Akşam oldu hâlâ yatak gelmedi. CZcams reklam videosunda üç büyük yatak koymuşlar. Çok kalabalık bir hotel. Havuz da müzik yapan dj bütün Alanya ya sesi duyuracak Kadar ses açmış. Beynim yoruldu.Banyo da dış fircalarinizi koyacak hiç bir şey yok. Ve temiz değil banyo. Yemekler güzel değil. Bence burası umduğunuzu bulacağınız yer değil. İmkanım olsa paramı alıp gideceğim. Personel çok iyi ve kibarlar. Zaten klasik hep öyle. Ama. Hizmet berbat. Henüz sahile gitmedim. Sahile de servisle gidiliyor. Sizi bilmem ben hiç memnun değilim.
Although all inclusive, ice cream, popcorn and similar drinks are paid. It's a no-nonsense place. I don't know how 2 weeks will end. The family room has one large bed and two small beds. We are 5 persons. It's evening and the bed still hasn't arrived. They put three big beds in the CZcams ad video. It is a very crowded hotel. The DJ making music in the pool was loud enough to make his voice heard throughout Alanya. My brain is tired. There is nothing in the bathroom to put your external brushes. And not clean bathroom. Food is not good. I don't think this is where you'll find what you hoped for. If I can, I will take my money and go. The staff is very good and kind. Classic is always like that. But. Service sucks. I haven't been to the beach yet. There is also a shuttle service to the beach. I don't know about you, I'm not happy at all. Today is first day!

The lights missing is normal on all hotels in turkey, i have been to many hotels in turkey
I overheard a little while ago at the reception. Someone had their glasses stolen, the cameras don't work. there are many families leaving the hotel
