That's because it's a remaster of a video posted in 2014.

Knowing that the video was fake, I was actually mimicking the original video and found the lost source of the audio which is the extended version from Soundcloud, but it was reuploaded being titled "Leaked Episode of Johnny Test" showing a Simpsons gif depicting images of Johnny and the CN logo. The last part of Johnny's Face being distorted, audio isn't recreated, but taken from an existing source 'cuz I was lazy to do the last one regarding it being v1.0, but almost v1.1 as the second or third re-upload.
