As someone with an amputation who hates to buy shoes because one of them always cant be worn this breaks my heart hopefully you can find someone who will either buy some of them from you or you find a place that u can donate them to otherwise great video itâs ridiculous the things that stores throw away

Go back and get all of the shoes, and check dumpster daily after that. They will eventually throw the others out.

@@melaniejay3457 totally many wounded vets get no assistance in foot wear when my partner died in Afghanistan we set up a charity here keep on walking it not only supplies shoes but we also help with funding for artificial limbs I guarantee there will be something similar in the USA

Veterans, amputees, they would love to have these.. This hurts my heart, perfectly good shoes and boots and sandals and socks. CMON PEOPLE WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY. .. SERIOUSLY. I am a DD as well and it hurts me to see our retail stores throw good useable items in the trash. WE NEED A WAKE UP CALL. GREAT SCORE GRAB IT. THANKS FOR SAVING AND SHARING..It looks like your family can benefit from this find as well as some veterans and amputees.

I would say to match ones that are the same size even if they don't match. Put them in one of those clothing bins for the homeless. Better mix matched shoes than frozen feet.
Look around there a place to drop them off to help people that only have one foot,,I seen on another people dumpster dive people did....love watching you ...

Donate to the Veterans! Many vets have lost legs, SAD to say but they may only need one shoe! But! Go every night until you see if they throw the opposites out another night!

These shoe stores often threw out shoes this way. First they throw out one side, and the next day, or a couple of days later, the other side. So if I were you, I'd be returning to that dumpster the next few days. If they don't throw them out, you can still sell them on eBay, if they do throw them out, you've got yourself a shitload of pretty nice and expensive pairs of shoes to use/sell/donate/give away. I mean... I saw tags there for 65 bucks, so, let's say an average 30 bucks a pair, and you've got 54 pairs there, that's $1600+!!

Grab-it-Fast not sure if you saw my comment on Tik Tok , look up Amputee Coalition to see where all those shoes can be given to I believe there a site listed on there you can also list them for sale . Also there is Nike reuse shoes where they make Grind for playground surfaces, tennis surfaces .
Hang on to the ones with a missing mate. Keep checking that dumpster in case the missing mates get thrown out at a later date. If you don't find the missing mates I think there is an organization that helps amputees that would be happy to have them. If I am not mistaken Just me Cathie has talked about it. If not her then it is another driver I subscribe to. I will try to find out who knows what organization it is and let you know so you can get in contact with them if you want.

The dish drainers are great for organizing lids to pots and pans...or tupperware. you've got to check nightly for the other shoes!

Veteran's units have lots of amputees, Also there is a website for amputees that accepts donations. Sometimes if you hang onto them the other shoe shows up a few days later.

Most amputees like myself have prosthetics and wear pairs of shoes,just like everyone else.

There's a place that take one shoe that's new for people with one leg. Look into that. They would love you..
I USE TO WORK FOR SHOE STORE AND SOMETIMES WE USE TO THROW ONE DAY LEFT WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THROW AWAY RIGHT ALSO WE WOULD THROW LEFT IN OUR DUMPSTER AND THROW THE RIGHT IN ANOTHER NEAR BY DUMPSTER SO ALWAYS CHECK NEAR BY DUMPSTERS INCLUDING RECYCLING. NICE SCORE

Contact your local Veterans Affairs Officer and ask who he can get them to for Vets that lost a limb. That is what I would do.
Another idea is to match sizes, left/right similar shoes. I think teens would have fun wearing mix matched shoes.
You can donate them to a place for Amputees, or go back every day until they throw out the other side.
It looks so exciting watching you digging in the dumpster and Iâm watching closely for all the good items tha I can see in your video. Itâs fun even by just watching it

If you have a clinic in your area that makes prosthetic limbs, contact them and see if they know of a place to donate the single shoes.
I would go back and check the dumpster everyday after one and again in the evening, For couple weeks, They have to throw the match away sooner or later. Most likely it will be the night before garbage runs

There are charities that will take one shoe for amputees. They will get some use out of them. Thank you for the vids.
You could donate them to a Organization for people that only have on leg.
Go back again and see if the matching shoes were tossed later.
You can go back and check the dumpster and get all the shoes that you did leave behind or you can donate all the one shoes to the amputees
I would have graped every shoe or every shoe in there and made them up later and Iâm sure they made a really nice gifts for your friends and your family

I worked at a store that when we throw shoes out we would throw one out then the other the next week that way people could not get them out of the trash and return or the pair would be two different sizes

Next time you find shoes you can donate them to the organization (sorry, I forgot the name) that helps get one shoe donations for people who wear prosthesis ( artificial legs) they are always looking for single shoe donations, and I think they have to be new. That's awesome.
There are several shoe exchange places that will accept single shoes for people who are amputees. I also think there is a movement to wear two different shoes to express individuality.

I would box & keep for a while.. they might throw out other shoes later. Splitting up shoe pairs is common practice

Maybe I'm just getting old but where I used to buy shoes they kept the "displays" at the bottom of the stack. It was the odd shoe by itself. I remember buying the display set several times. Then they just put out another shoe on display. The store owners wouldn't dare throw that much product away.
There is a place you can send those shoes if you can't find the match. People who are amputees can use them just to let you know!

I would take the ones that had the same size left and right feet and paint them to look the same or you could be like Punky Brewster and just wear two different shoes

Keep them for 1 month and a day...check dumpster regularly for matches. I think they throw them at different times.
theres a web sight google for ppl with one leg you just box them and send them. they are very great full i've seen other divers do that.

Hang onto those shoes if you new. Another CZcams dumpster diver we take them all. Wait until that dumpster gets emptied. And then go back and check to see if they threw out the other one to the Paris. The other CZcams dumpster diver gets about 89% pairs of shoes. When you donât find them within two weeks. Then Toss the single shoe in the trash if you want. Good luck and keep safe
All the shoes that don't have matches when you find them donate them to the veterans and the kids that lose their legs and only have one foot that would come in handy with them

Keep the single shoes and keep checking the dumpster for about a week. Some places do this so divers can't match them to resell.
