I go to a barber college to get my hair cut. So I usually get some nervous little girl cutting my hair. I calm her down and tell her to take her time and give her a nice tip when she's done.
The nice tip encourages them and gives them confidence that they did a good job.
I've been going there for many years and the instructor knows me and always gives me the newest students as he knows that I am easy going and can calm them down.
