Paneer Biryani Recipe in Tamil | Paneer Biryani in Pressure Cooker in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make paneer biryani recipe in tamil. In this version of paneer biryani, we are going make this recipe in a pressure cooker. Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
1 Bay leaf
1 Cinnamon
3 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 Onion
3 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Handful Mint leaves
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 cup Curd
200g Paneer
1 cup Basmati Rice (200g)
1.5 cup Water
handful Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Ghee
required Salt
