The way i play monarch is arc rounds, rearm and reload, and superior chassis. I then play very aggressively. Monarch doesn't have a prime titan... Because she is A PRIME TITAN

I wonder, a typical tank weighs 40-60 tonnes. Now titans aren't as tough and powerful as a true tank but even Stryder models are quite large and they're all quite mechanically complex. How do they build them so light? Is it a futuristic engineering hack, or are Respawn just bad at numbers? 🤔

honestly to improve energy field just rename it to multi-titan energy removal and make it so that instead of affecting a small area it jumps from one titan to the next if there is another titan close enough to the one you shoot, kind of like chain lightning and it takes the same amount of health that you would take from one titan from EVERY titan that gets zapped by the chain energy, and it gives you the same amount of shield that you get from hitting one titan for every titan you hit. to put it simply, its chain lightning, and every titan you hit with it gives you the same amount of energy that you get for just hitting one titan so if enemies are bunched up you could get full shields easily

Everytime i pop my upgrade core mis fight i hust picture the fight pausing and my monarch just slowly raising the middle finger to the enemy
Even with Multi-Target missiles, you can still fire them off without locking on if you want by just tapping the button instead of holding it. Also the rockets deal more damage, not less.

Honestly, monarch is only useful in frontier defense, and when in FD she’s a fucking GOD! The aegis rank upgrades for her are just-
Let me show you
Her first one is energized smoke which means electric smoke now gives monarch shields.
next is the Xo-16 sniper configuration which means now when you aim you can press left shift to zoom in further, granted it’s not much of a difference but it helps
The third upgrade is energized smoke level two which means smoke now gives friendly titans shields
Next is Xo-16 critical hit
This increases the damage done to the weak spots of a titan, even though shooting said weak points already does additional damage, with monarch is does even more
And finally, if you sell your soul to frontier defense and spend your life leveling up monarchs' aegis rank you can achieve apex titan which grants you a random tier 1 upgrade upon summoning your titan.
This means you can have two tier-one upgrade cores active at once, and from my experience, it excludes the upgrade you currently have on so I either have Energy transfer and Missile racks or arc rounds and missile racks.
(I didn’t add two of them to this list because they are the upgrades in the 2nd and 5th spots on all titans, Shield upgrade and chassis upgrade, pretty self-explanatory)
So you can have a titan that can deal more damage to shields and drain energy from the vortex and thermal shields, with increase ammo capacity, shoot at further distances with accuracy while also deal extra damage to titan weak spots, with the ability to heal upon executions and drops of electric smoke(that also do extra damage to enemies and heal friends), while also have increases health by default or due to the upgrade core( also the superior chassis upgrade completely removes weak points vulnerabilities) or both, while also having at random either missile racks or energy transfer.

Apex legends is about 10 years after the events of Titanfall 2. Blisk having gray hair in that little bit of time, possibly came from war stress.

I’ve seen every video of the let’s talk series and I LOVE IT THX SO MUCH TEACUP
Missle rackw is super fun and I find it effective. I just shoot at the enemy’s feet so no bitch ass shield abilities ruin it, and it decimates eve moving pilots if you can lead them
I also like the tier 2 energy syphon upgrade sometimes cause I miss shots a lot on console, so I can just aim at the ground near an enemy if need be and get the shield without wasting the ability

I had the displeasure of seeing someone stream Titanfall 2 and a lot of the chat was going "iTs JuSt LiKe ApEx" when they saw the alternator or another gun that is also in Apex.
monarch is basically a glass cannon until your reach level 3 core

Also monarch: "I crave... violence"
When I play Monarch and get near someone that's doomed all I think is "sustinence"
monarch was by far my favorite titan to use and in my opinion the best.
