- Today we are playing a building minigame in Minecraft where we build something then play hide and seek!

The fact that Skizz was the quickest and Impulse was the longest demonstrates the dangers of overthinking XD

I think the best part is that *Impulse* wasn't Impuls(e)ive
Can't help but wonder if there's also a demonstration in those two being the only ones to find Grian without also finding death...
It doesn’t, If grian wasn’t guiding them all the way impulse would’ve figured it out way quicker than skizz, considering he just went up the tower quicker even though grian could be hiding any where

No, you don't get it. The spacetime continuum around the tower is warped, so the interior is an exterior, and the exterior is actually an interior. And, of course, the back is all of the walls, which is why looking at them is so uncomfortable
he said he doesnt build interior cause no one ever sees them. this interior is made to be seen

That was my first thought, also the fact that it’s an obelisk is just perfect because people often connect those to watchers.
What are the watchers? Does this have something to do with the evo SMP?
Grian saying "you found me! :3" in as cute a way as possible as if that makes up for the absolute suffering he put them all through is cracking me up.
Hearing it cures me, it definitely makes up for the pain of Grians escape rooms (Impulse and Joel would have flashbacks)

My god so many days watching that oh my god so many memories
The build Grian made makes me wish we had a way to use the end gateway texture in survival, it's such a cool texture and effect but you can't use it easily
I mean we do have skulk, close enough.

@@jtwattsmusic I wish I could block bots and trolls on here, but YT doesn't allow that; they only allow you to "hide user from my channel" so you don't see their comments on your stuff, but there's no blanket "I don't want to see anything from this account anywhere on the platform" option, so it makes it a lot harder to keep my impulse control issues in check. I recognize that it's an issue within myself, but having access to features like that helps me out a lot because I know I struggle to just not reply when someone comments something that's that irksome even if I know it's rage bait.

Watching Grian's now makes me understand why he seemed panicked when Jimmy went towards the back of the building at the reveal.
Grian's build is literally so fun and creative. It's so well-made and the way he executed the cosmic concept is just mind-bending. Kudos to Grian!
If I had a nickel for every time Grian made a seemingly infinite build, I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

The miryad of tricks and games at play in your building are amazing, and very in-character with Grian, both for actual Grian and the so called ''Watcher Grian,'' with the whole cosmic monolith thing I love this build so much.
Also I love how Impulse, trying to be thorough and calculating in a very Impulse fashion, got last place because he comprehensively explored the entire place, i.e. all the diversions and time wasters, and Skizz, who immediately got to figuring out the very first room and didn't even bother going up, thus potentially wasting time -(and space)- as it'd be much more likely you'd be hiding in an upper floor, managed to beat it the quickest. Quintuple mind games. He either fluked it or secretly knows you too well, which is amazing.
And of course Grian is the last one to start building 😂 He is exactely like that one kid in class who always does the homework as the teacher is collecting it
I was that kid in school and somehow it worked and unfortunately I never learned my lesson from it

Ohh I love build and seek but adding a sort of escape room twist to it really made it fun. I know it's a bit longer on their timer for the seeker, but it really lets you see the finished build a lot more than quick glances for hiding spots.
