Sir meri CNG mein ajeeb si problem hai. Maine apni 2010 i20 Magna mein pehle sequential BRC kit lagwai thi jiska software change karke AEB ki bana di. Tab se usme ek problem aa rahi hai ki car start krte he jab Petrol se CNG mein aati hai to RPM gir k zero ho jaata hai aur car band ho jaati hai agar ek baar race na do. Throttle Body change kr di, uska sensor bhi change kr diya, Spark plugs aur ignition cable bhi change kr ke dekh liya, CNG k kai mechanics ko dikhaya injectors change kiye aur setting bhi change kar ke dekhi lekin kuch frk nahi pada. Ek baar AEB ka ignition control unit (ICU) change kar ke dusra lagaya to problem solve ho gayi. Mera sawal hai ki agar Saare CNG mechanics CNG kit ko OK keh rahe hain, advancer bhi hai to problem aa q rahi hai ?
Sir ye same problem mere gadi ko hai plz meri help karte ho ky plz muze apka number deto ho ky. Apne kahase ye ok karvaya plz muze bata sakte ho ky.
Hi Shom, I have a 2017 Honda City with a Lovato CNG kit installed. The mechanic initially set the gas consumption value to 155-150, but the car jerked. He reduced it to 98-104, and now it drives smoothly. Is this a good setting, or should I increase it a bit?

Hi it’s very informative video we bought old Tata bolt car 2016 model 94k driven , after engine wash we find some issue , it be might old problem but as it’s old car no so idea , problem started after car engine wash.
Issue 1 less mileage , 2 car start missing after engine getting hot, 3 when we do on ac. And car engine get hot, it’s start missing like anything. It’s happens slow drive only, please advise ,
1 more issue some time car shows some check light and some alerts, after it , car don’t take race after pressing the full race , but when we off engine for some time it get starts , this issue happens in both cases petrol and CNG , but normal car Runs ok on petrol.

Try to check petrol level while using car. If car using petrol then go to mechanic and inform, may they will charge mpfi switch. After that you will see the level of gas / usage.
What is the use of coil settings? My earlie setting was two coil and then tuner changed it to one.. what difference will it make, as my car is not giving good mileage.

Hi Dinesh! Thank you for your lovely comment. The Factory fitted kit does not require any tuning as it come recalibrated. For the ritz, i suggest any sequential kit. You can go for Indian brands such as HR, Egreen, Mijo etc or if you want imported brands such as BRC, tomasetto, Lovato. Please note that the brand of the kit is not important, what is important is the installation skill and quality. Also, ensure to install a timing advacne processor. I'd recommend BRC or zavoli if you have the budget and want an imported kit. else in Indian brands e-green and motozen are good and will offer good performance as well. Do insist on installing a timing advance processor. The installation quality is far more important than the brand of kit.

I suggest you install HR / motozen sequential kit with timing advance processor. Where in Mumbai are you from? I know some installers in Navi Mumbai

I recently got my Swift 2010 model fitted with sequential CNG kti (approved by RTO) . While driving in the city giving average of 18. But facing loss of power issue , when want to speed up. It do not cross beyond 60-70 KMPH on highway. Does it required further tuning ? And in case want to manually switch over to petrol in running vehicle- is it doable ?. Pl comment. thanx..
hi, yes you can manually switch by pressing the button on the switch at any point in time. Please install a crank based timing advancer and then retune your cng settings, you will see a drastic difference in acceleration

Can the engine idle speed be increased in gas because I have a CVT honda city with sequential kit and the rmp drops to 650 after car comes on gas. This gives erratic idle and engine vibration, please advise

Have you checked your car's rpm on petrol, is it same on cng or something else . I have Maruti Dzire petrol 2018 model, idle rpm of this car is 700-750 on both CNG and Petrol and it's a different irritating experience to actually drive these types of cars. My CNG kit installer informed me that it is not possible to set different idle RPM on CNG.
Sir muze help chahiye meri gadi CNG convert hone ke bad sometime not getting pickup so I need to convert it into Petrol and then after some running convert it into cng.

for TSI engine you need STAG GDI kit. It will run in the ratio of 20% petrol and 80% cng. You cant install regular sequential kit on GDI/ TSI engines.
Hello Bro, my etios had a issue where one injector did not get the light hence 1 cylinder was causing misfire, cng guy changed ecm to newer one with 48 pin earlier it was 32 pin from TA original, new one I doubt is not original, TIPO is written there, as of now car is running fine, will it create issues in long run?

Sir i have fitted zavoli sequential cng kit in my wagonr vxi 2014 last year. But there ia always problem grom day1 about firing escapes or engine ahut down when i suddenly lower the speed form gear 3to 1 or stops at neutral speed at red signal when car is on cng.What is the solution? There is no problem on petrol condition.

Bro I’m getting P0171 error code check engine light in maruti brezza after every 150-200 kms although my car’s pickup is good and average is also good what to do for check engine light ?
You have to set up lambda emulation from the cng ecu. Your petrol ecu is thinking that the car is tunning lean. hence the signal has to be emulated through the CNG ecu. Most ECus have this function, but installers dont connect the emulation wire.
Can you share in depth knowledge or video about this so that I can show it to my installer or your shop’s address ?

I have sequential CNG in I10 1.1 ltr 2014 model. But facing some issue, car gets off while we press cluch during breaker(while AC is ON, this problem reduces upto 90%) Also feeling too much jerks when increase speed of car under load. On high speed car runs smooth. I have changed spark plug and plug cable also but not getting any results. Can you suggest some solution....

what is the difference between 32 pin and 48 pin ECU? Does it make any difference in vehicle performance?
usually the 48 pin us is obd compliant and also has functions of lambda emulation. i would recomend the 48 pin ecu just because of the few added features. But if your car does not require obd data reading then its not required, you can go for a 32 pin ecu
Do we need to tune cng cars every year? How does settings get changed when I have not changed anything either hardware or software since installation of Lovato CNG sequential Kit. Pls reply.
Sequential CNG kits don't need to be retuned, data is stored on the CNG ecu's read only memory. In case of some electrical issue, sometimes the calibration file my get erased as the ecu resets but this is very rare and unlikely

@@apkr4501 no, CNG cylinder testing has nothing to do with the ecu. You do not have to recalibrate. If someone if telling you that you have to do so, then they are fooling you..

Its configurable via software . You can get petrol to cng switching timing increase or decrease by visiting your installer

No backfiring. Backfiring usually means too much flow of gas or improper ignition
