Centipede Car Race, But You Build As You Go! - Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday

- Welcome to another episode of Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday! Today we are doing a centipede car race with a twist! You must build a single segment of your centipede car in 15 minutes. Then you start the race with just that segment, and as you encounter checkpoints during the race, you must weld a duplicate of your segment onto your vehicle, up to 5 segments by the end of the race!

I think the best way to have it drive straight is to have the last car driving in a 1 or 2 power in reverse. a small tug

instead of u in cars dodging falling bombs, ur in bombs with falling cars!

How would you dodge the cars if your on a bomb? It isn't possible to drive along in a bomb and how would the cars ignited the bomb?
Well, you could have just a little Large Canister with no suspension or boost, just four wheels and a seat. Getting hit instantly destroys everything too, 'cuz your car, seat AND wheels disappear in the blink of an eye.

Tip for this kind of build: only power the front car’s tires, as you add sections make each engine power its own tires to max power to the front, additionally you should make each car going back turn opposite of the front car, but to lesser degrees each time
I don't think its possible here they just need to cut the back steering
and adding dragg in the back normally straighteens it out to

Next multiplayer monday you should do an only thrusters and all glitches race!!!
Everybody starts with the same basic build, you then have a few minutes to "improve" the build. Then do a lap of the course back to the garage to do more customizing, timer starts when last person gets to the garage, first there gets more time ect, then have a wheel of fortune to swap vehicles, then repeat untill you decide the race is over.

the key is lenght ;) the longer your tow vehicle and trailer the easier it should be to handle!
I like how the tradition of destroying the winning vehicle just came from Scrapman being salty about losing in one of the Multiplayer Mondays and so he destroyed the winner's vehicle XD

I suppose you could turn the steering feature on the back vehicles to reflect your efforts. That should at least provide an element of reactivity.

Make a challenge where you build ballistic missiles and each player has their own base, and using the destruction mod and the player tracking mod you can destroy the base to get to some kind of “core”
the front wheel lifts up that is why it cant turn
without suspension make the challenge way harder

Do the garage is your race track race. Rules are... Not allowed to show others ur vehicle, only do that if u already finished. Thats all! P.s. when the timer ends. Race. Or just wait till your ready. There will be mini windows to know what ur opponent's car is. Gl!
It doesn't have to work great, it just has to work.
do a race that as you go you have to add parts that you will need in the next part
EG: ad thrusters to make a wall climber, pistons to jump over something or spud guns to shoot explosives the brake the wall in front of you.
just an idea hope you like it, could even do the spud thing separate, HAVE FUN

For next multiplayer Monday, race against each other while riding a "shaking" method.

I was going to suggest each vehicle part has to be connected by a hinge.... so that way you ha ve to deal with a -not solid- vehicle that can bend and flex, so you have to take that into account for your vehicle when you build the first module. *Starts video* Oh..you kinda did that already XD

You should have had front steering only, but make it like a little wagon's steering and link to back of the front car to the axel so all the cars turn as they snake. This should keep them from sliding. I think having them decrease in power is good, but they should all be powered. A sharper turning radius would have been better too.

Do a spud car race. The idea is a car that is powered by spudguns. Just put a spud lancher facing the way you want to go and put a wall in front of it and race

A tron race were you never stop going foward like a tron bike and you lay down bonbs to intefere with your opponents, they are going to have to spawn a new bike if that one is destroyed
You could use thrusters to stick onto a wall and to get the drift-Energy lost (a little bit) ;)
do a race with two or more vechicles like first you start with a car then you continue with a plane on the check point ( you can build car and plane)

Can u try the crate challenge but u get the crates throughout the challenge PLUS u have to use the crates and one of them has durpert :P

do a race where you blow up your old creations and then wield the parts left over to build a new creation (i suggest building a box around the explosion area to contain pieces)

Articulated lorry challenge, the trailer is to be Identical you just have to build the cab the payload is explosives... Naturally and you must deliver them safely to the explosive shop and the other players get to interfere driving small cars trying to stop you

i think that for next multiplayer Monday u should do a enemy builds your car but it does not matter if it sucks and u have 10 extra minutes after the building to tweak it a little but u can't rebuild it u can only add on and u can't do trusters or glitches

Just attach the hinges connecting the cars together to a controller . Boom problem with fish tailing solved
i have an idea for a MM you start the race with just a seat and you build wile the race is going on but you cand delete at all no thrusters but glitches are aloud (exsept ones that make you fly.)

2 things one kan your funny with that intro and 2 if you were to go into the code and replace the ball in the ball spawner to have it instead spawn some sort of creation you think it could do it
First mistake: Front wheel drive. Have you ever seen a truck with that kind of set-up?
trucks are rear or four wheel drive bc when you put weight on or in the rear, youre losing traction in the front
Do a transform race by starting on the ground then fly and finish on a wall (invisible wall)
can you do a puzzle box/room to hide something in it and make it use hidden switches for the next multi player monday

You know, these cars look and seem to drive like different stats of karts in, say, a go kart game? Like ScrapMan's is just a middle-of-the-road Standard, Durf's is high handling, low speed, and kAn's is a high speed, low handling (well, at the start at least.) It's uncanny!

You should make a car that has suspension but you cannot use the suspension blocks. You must hand make the suspension
hook all you're wheals to the front engine the add steering to each front wheals

How about a race where you have 4 engines (one per wheel) and 1 Thruster) Both on max both hooked up to a switch the thruster and engine are the only means of forward propulsion , has to be a switch not a button also race up a mountain and through the canyon
