In my view the PDEA leaks hearing triggered zubiri's downfall for failing to exercise his persuasive power on Bato to stop the circus as it was most definitely degrading the senate's integrity. I'm sorry ro say this, but it serms that Bato, unwittingky perhaps, hsd caused zubiri's downfall.

Yeah! I was happy that Zubiri fought against the Charter Change. I hope Escudero can stand his ground too…not so happy with Estrada as pro tempore though. He had a case in appeal but he was convicted. Can’t we have someone else be a pro tempore without any cases pending?
