1. No, CA Intermediate, do not add extra credit points for CPA eligibility. However, you better get this checked with Tutors teaching CPA. 2. No, CA Final itself is very difficult and will demand your full attention. Do not pursue CA Final and CPA simultaneously even if you are eligible . 3. CPA has no articleship concept. Instead, your job experience with proper salary is counted as experience. However, your article already done may be considered under CPA practice experience. 4. No IELTS needed to improve English in order to clear CPA. Many CAs and students switching from CA have cleared CPA without IELTS. But yes, you can always work on your understanding of English language.
Hello Gaurav Sir! I have done my BCom from Indore University and my Post Grad Certificate in Mgmt (Data Science in Financial Markets) from NISM. By calculation, this amount to having 90+30=120 creds. Does this make me elligible for CPA exams?

EA is US Tax Certification. So it won't add value to CA. You should think about a qualification that adds value to CA. CMA USA can be a good fit. However, with 8 months remaining in your CA Intermediate exams I am not sure you will enough time to prepare for this course. You can focus on soft skills though. Construction requires architecture qualification. Pursuing a course from NAAC accredited University or a foreign university should set you up. If you are looking to provide consultancy on real estate, there is no global qualification that specializes in real assets as every country have different regulatory framework.

You will have to give only in the subject you failed.
