In the spring of 2010 Jim and Judy Comstock offered the first line of humane cage traps. These live cage traps have proven themselves in the past 3 years with thousands of animals taken. Live trapping with the new traps has been very rewarding in taking animals both large and small. Unique to these traps are the new wire triggers and powered doors that work with their double door traps set in single or double door mode, single door traps, or single door traps with bait doors.
If you need help in how to live trap raccoons, how t live trap skunks, how to live trap armadillos, how to live trap squirrels, how to live trap beaver, how to live trap otter, how to live trap woodchucks, you name, Jim and Judy will be happy to help. Not only do they offer the most effective advanced traps anywhere on the planet, they also are more than will to share the most advanced techniques to go with them.
You will be happy to know that "what goes in a Comstock Cage, stays in." One trapper captured a feral piglet. The mother had rolled the cage some 50 yards down the road. In the end, the piglet remained in the cage trap unharmed, while the trap was undamaged.
In use for two years, Jim saw a way to simplify the 9x11 cage traps, the traps they first came out with. After shifting the trigger from top to side and removing some parts, the newer traps we're easier to set, less complicated. The smaller traps, 18 inches long, were made for skunks and groundhogs, while the longer 30 and 36 inch traps were designed for raccoons. It was found that the 24 inch traps worked great for armadillos.
Later Jim and Judy came out with the 12x18x39 inch beaver trap, solid, versatile, sensitive and stabile. These traps will also work for otter, muskrats, turtles, even fish and ducks. Finally they developed live cage traps for chipmunks and squirrels with a swing panel that works with powdered doors like the larger traps.
For most animals that are causing problems, Jim and Judy will have animal the traps you need if you looking of live animal traps.
