Joyland Children's Fun Park: Neptune's Kingdom P.O.V - NEW SCENES, LIGHTS, PROPS, NEPTUNE'S MAKEOVER

Join me for a brand new on ride P.O.V of the classic Neptune's Kingdom dark ride at Joyland in Great Yarmouth!
This classic dark ride dates back 1974.
Since my last visit, there has been more new changes done to the ride. This year's changes saw the last section of the ride where King Neptune sits. There are some new pieces of fish themed artwork on the walls along with other props such as treasure chests.
The King Neptune animatronic has been given a brand new makeover and is still the same model from years gone by. There has also been some new UV lighting added so that the last scene with the pirate in the cell is more clearer to see. There are also two columns with two clam themed lights above Neptune.
The shark scene has some of the original models from the last section that can be seen on the ground.
The ride is now so much better than it used to be when I was a child as it was very dark and nothing to see. It really makes a difference with the new scenes and lighting!
