Thankyou for the time and effort in putting this together. Frankly, this is indeed the best video on order types. No other videos explain that buy limits are placed below the current price and sell limits are placed above the current price - not even TD Ameritrade! I was confused on limit orders for a long time until now.
It seems limit orders are more risky because the price needs to do a double move - down then up or up then down. Whereas stop orders only need to have price stay in one direction. Do you have a similiar video for stop limit orders?

I’m glad you liked the video…Thanks. To be honest, limit orders are the best for me and most traders who like trading with the trend. Think about it, we as traders are only looking to buy when there is a discount. The same is true for banks and hedge funds who also invest in the markets.
So if we know that we are in an uptrend, it’s best for price to pullback to a major level (as it always does), then buy. So in other words, we are anticipating for price to shoot down (going on sell) to your buy limit order, hoping price will shoot back up. This type of stuff we teach to our students in great detail. Look in the comment section of this video, I pinned a new and improved order type video that I think you’ll benefit from.
