21:22 100% AGREE. I am in the same boat Matt. Almost 41, can't train even close to the most effective way and it's a challenge to motivate oneself for what I know will be less than I am capable of, or at least used to be capable of. It's like going to the movies without my glasses, sure I can still hear it and see a very little blurry stuff but it's NOT THE SAME!
Chris Cormier said on the Meance podcast that these days when he lifts it feels as if he is training his bones and not muscles, lol. I know the feeling.

Planning to carry over what I started last two months of 23 into 24. Built a small home gym nothing fancy enough to get work done.

Merry Christmas! The next time you have a can of whatever carbonated beverage that you are worried may spew liquid everywhere when you pop the top, then before you open the can while it is in it's normal upright position while sitting on a surface just turn it all the way around several times the centripital force should settle the carbonation down.

Jay is there any footage you know of from Trevor Smith? Him and Nancy came to R&R fitness in Massachusetts. My apartment was actually in the gym. They filmed some footage and put on a clinic. Had a great time. It was in my younger years. I would love to see the footage. I only ask because I saw a rumor in a forum that there was a video being released with old Nuclear Nutrition footage. I love watching your content. Been a big fan for a long time.

I would tend to agree with with Matt that if they sold tickets to a separate OPEN and CLASSIC at $1000 the Open would sell more but that at $1000 which is more than Chris's main fan base can afford. NOW if the tickets were only $100, I think the Classic with Chris would pack a much bigger venue.

The majority of Chris's fans dont go to shows. Hes like every other big social media star, fans can about him as a brand. Theyll buy his merch, products, and want to meet him but rhey dont care about the sport. He could definitely sell out a big venue for a meet and greet. Thats what his fans want, to meet him and take a selfie. They dont wanna watch 100+ other athletes before it gets to him.
@@CutlerCast i dont disagree that some people love the freak factor but the guys of the 70s while i suppose freaks in their time were still something most me would like to look like. It wasnt till the 90s thst BB became a real mass/freak show which is also why Classic was created. And it's also why you can't use the 60 yr argument since classics only been around for like 10 and open has changedover the 60. I think a better guide would be online following, people going to Chris' booth at expos,etc as opposed to "the freaks." I don't think it's debatable thst Chris has the biggest fan base in the sport now granted that's not to say all classic guys draw more. Chris may be an classic division anomaly meaning there isnt interest in the division as much as interest in Chris. Then there's the question of whether his fans go to shows but I think if they go to see him at expos they would go to shows.

Every time i take a flight i hope for a delay or cancellation, that means i will get good money. 200-700 dollar. I have card that let's me in to pretty much every airport lounge for free. So no problem with delays for me.
