Pile 3 picked me. In divine timing as always. This was exactly what I needed to hear. I keep ping ponging is it me? Is it them? How come no one see's this? What in the literal **** is actually going on!? You're right I'm trying to convince ass holes that they are an ass hole. It's the loop that's my key to getting off the treadmill. I can't get them to be just not bad people and it truly is heartbreaking. But me at my life review watching the rest of my life play out on repeat would be so tragically heart breaking. I'm not excited about my life review lol but I would be especially crushed to have not climbed out of this finally. I am so very close. Today has been a day where I start to think maybe it's me. I listened to all the piles, I will confess it's been a minute since I really talked to Lilith and she did have a lot to say today. Thank you for bringing those messages in today. Every single pile was true. I have a hard time celebrating wins I've got some neurospiciness so I don't really get that dopamine hit from accomplishments, it's just another thing to check off the list and I had to cut out and awful lot toxic people in my life. They weren't all bad but some people just aren't good for you to be around and I have always been the one to put everyone else's needs before my own. CPTSD is a bitch. I'm a grown ass adult and just now trying to figure out what things I like, things I like to do, things I like about myself, physically or just in general. It's always been so easy to lose myself in others because i never really was ever able to know who I was. When I was a kid my mom would literally tell me "no that's not what you want" and both my parents would tell things like "your too sensitive" and "your overreacting" criticized a lot of things I choose for myself. So how do you ever get to have an identity growing up like that? And those things spill over into every other kind of relationship you have as you grow up. I've always been the cool laid back girl so people wouldn't leave and I know I missed out on a lot of things because of that. Once you let those things go and find some peace in yourself and your surroundings it's really hard to want to let anyone in again. Real hard. Thus the isolation. I do know I'm going to have to engage with others because that's part of the healing relearning how to be with others from a new perspective. But I still don't know how ready I am for that. Im still trying to learn emotional regulation and deal with emotional flashbacks. It's slow going but some progress has been made. Thanks again girl!
