The sorter looks like it is 3x speed and the box loader is single speed so materials will get backed up. Just use a SS3 1x sorter or ss2 if you’re doing item batching

The sorter itself is by black belt panda.
There is a minecart with hopper inside the sand and then into 4x hoppers into a double chest.
After that you’re right, it’s single hopper speed.
But there is such a large buffer, that unless you’re running some sort of crazy farm you’ll likely never have a problem.
And even in this case, you’ll just put another one next to it and instantly double your buffer.
