Hello have a 4lv same as the one shown here that’s lacking 500 rpm’s. Running gear is fine had a bit of a fuel delivery problem starting off. Fixed that engine was running 2400 rpm now will do 2800. Wondering if the after cooler could be something along the lines of this and how many hrs in do you recommend this service
