OUR PEOPLE LOOK LIKE CLOWNS

It seems common sensical that a woman should wear a dress especially when we know without a doubt a man should not wear a dress because it is indeed most feminine and associated with women. We’ve all heard the expression “who’s “wearing the pants” in the relationship etc. (since the head, the man etc. wears pants).
In terms of the commandments of the Most High, i know that the women of ISRAEL must be adorned in modest apparel; can someone please talk about how the word “garment” (concerning men) is from the word Simla H8071 meaning literal *clothing* / apparel, and “that which pertaineth unto” was translated from the word Keli H3627, meaning a warriors *armour*, weapon, instrument, vessel, etc. (rather than the word for clothing) for women? As though the intent is related to women cross dressing in warrior garments as they did to summon the pagan god of war (paganism).
I want to be sure regarding the understanding of if a woman is breaking a LAW if she is modestly dressed but not in a traditional dress.

New Testament requires women to dress modest including modest pants back in ancient time in Israel man wore roles including women uniquely different however they had robes on both genders
