- 5 Minutes Ready! Quick Flatbread Make With Liquid Dough! No Yeast, No Kneading, No rolling
Ingredients:
Cold water 300ml
Salt 3g/½tsp
Olive oil 15ml
All-purpose flour 150g
Fresh parsley 8g
Crushed red pepper ¼tsp
Eggs 2
Recipe:
30ml cold water
3g salt
Mix well
15ml olive oil
Mix well
150g all-purpose flour
Mix well
8g fresh parsley
Add to the batter
1/4tsp crushed red pepper
This makes around 400ml of batter
Medium heat
A bit of oil
Pour some batter into the pan
Fry for about 2 minutes
1 egg
Salt & black pepper
Done!
Repeat
1 egg
Salt & black pepper
A bit of oil
Pour the egg into the pan
Place the tortilla on top of the egg
Fry for about 2 minutes
Mozzarella cheese
Fold in half
Done!

It's more like a crépe Suzette, than a flatbread. Tasty for sure but no good for curries, soups or stews
