  • Hi guys! I know a lot of you must be wondering what I do for a living because earlier I said I was trained in dance.
Well dance has just been a hobby I pursue quite passionately since I was little but I'm actually studying to become a psychologist. I'm currently on my way to complete my second degree, having worked on many research papers and projects and I aim to gain clinical certification!
For now though, I'm still in the process of training.
I hope this clarifies whatever doubts u might have about my credentials!

i have adhd and i very much agree with what youre saying, i would maybe feel a bit iffy when he said everyone had it, but then him clarifying it being about the severity made me understand more. i think a reaction like this was also helpful to keep her openly talking about it when she was going to have her words broadcasted to the public

Yes as someone with adhd who had to do so much research about it to actually understand myself because like ningning we feel like there’s something wrong with us because we only really get told the surface level symptoms of distractibility and hyperactivity. When really it affects every aspect of our lives, even something like emotional regulation and memory. Because these aspects aren’t really talked about as the other symptoms, no one knows about them!! And that lack of knowledge hurts those with adhd by causing them to feel like something is wrong with them because they struggle so much in so many ways outside of simply focus, which like ningning says she feels stress because of her struggles. And its also hurts neurotypical people because they make uninformed assumptions like “everyone has a little adhd” when really that is not at all true. Its like saying someone is also like a wheelchair user cause they sit down a lot 😂 its not the same.
Anyways i love ur solution points of having a deeper conversation about the actual experiences of living with adhd! Having conversations and spreading awareness is the solution to better understanding and ending stigmas/misinformation! ❤ great video 👍

    People should chill out!!!
I am ADHD, was under medication etc... yes our brains do not work like the majority, but it s not a handicap that much... even an advantage in many situations... 80% of the world is made from neurotypical individuals, so people that are differents will have harder time to fit the little boxes of our society, the struggle comes from that, but it s not such a big deal.
Bam is not too aware about the subject, but he is not a psy, so why blame him? After having Jackson near him for so long tho, that explains why he finds it cool😂 and knowing someone successful with it is probably the reason why he takes it more lightly. He is not reacting like she has a cancer, as he should. And let s be real, it s not like having one member less or some hard psychiatric pathology. Our life is not that abnormal, we just need to adapt more to society.
Stop whining people! You will be fine.

I don't consider ADHD an illness. ADHD is something you'll have your whole life so medication and therapy can help but you'll always have it. An illness is something that can be cured. I think BamBam did fine.

to be honest it seemed like he was minimizing her struggles. it felt off. if he doesnt know enough then he should just be respectful and give a few words. this was the first time shes opened up about it on camera and his response was weird. hopefully this doesnt make her feel less inclinde to speak up about herself if she wants to

Oh, I thought bro did something wrong. Tbh, Idk much about adhd and I'm not sure if Bambam does either. He was respectful and understanding, tho.
