      when a new feather comes in it is sheathed so if there isnt any other birds around to help it get the ones behind his neck then he can help the bird, probably feels good for the bird

    Not sure why you have to get that involved I think the natural process is probably a whole lot smarter and safer.

      They naturally live in flocks and will preen each other regularly. Yes, it’s a great way to build trust and help out an itchy pal. ❤

      It helps bond with your parrot, they get very itchy and uncomfortable,they can't reach their heads to preen themselves in that area, that's why. U must not own birds lol
