Exactly ten years ago, all of my best friends and I gathered in a tiny bedroom in a trailer. We were all tripping and bonding when I announced that I wanted to share a song. I wanted everyone to hear it because it applied to all of us in so many ways. I put this song on and we were all silent. The love that filled that room over the next five minutes was indescribable. We were all in tears and holding each other. It was such a special moment we shared together and I’ll never forget it. We were all 18/19 at the time and now we’re almost thirty! Time flies.
My ex used to listen to all secondhand serenade songs when we're together and he influenced me a lot. I even downloaded full album songs of ss. Now, whenever I hear or play ss songs, I kind of remember him. Sadly, we didn't end in good terms. And I really thought this is an original ss song. I like it better. 🤗

That really hurt me and went to an internet cafe to play games to keeo myself busy. But when I heard this song my tears suddenly fell down and the next thing i know I was crying my heart out.
Is it weird that I've liked one of Secondhand Serenade's songs until I met this girl and they're one of her fav bands...She's Amazing, sweet, beautiful, and amazingly interesting. We have so much in common!
This doesn’t surprise me really, as the ending of Goodbye by SS, (one of my all time favourite songs) was clearly inspired by the ending of Fix You. I literally thought that the first time I heard Goodbye, so I knew John was a fan of the boys. Wonderful cover though!
This was what I listened to when I was going through my own Dark Ages. And I couldn't help but wish that my best friend was there to fix me. But she was the cause of everything. Everything hurts more when you're fighting alone, guys. So be thankful for everyone that really is there, and everyone that's really willing to listen. They'll make everything so. Much. Fucking. Better.

Secondhand Serenade are my 9th Favourite band, while Coldplay are my 1st. If John Vesely had made a lot more albums like A Twist In My Story, then Secondhand Serenade would of been in my top 3 most likely. But I think End & Goodbye might just be my favourite songs ever.
