✅Strawberry Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients:
Strawberries - 200 g
Butter - 80 g (softened, at room temperature)
Sugar - 50 g
Egg - 1
Flour - 170 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
Potato or corn starch - 1 tbsp (if not available, you can use flour)
Lemon zest (optional) - 0.5 - 1 tsp
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
✔It's better to use firmer strawberries to prevent them from floating during baking.
