INGREDIENT:
* Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Litre
* Sugar - ( चीनी ) - 5 tbsp.
* Milk(दूध) - 100 ml
* Corn flour or Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर या अरारोट) - 2 Tbsp
* Sugar syrup(चाशनी) - 1 Glass
* Bread(ब्रेड) - 12 slices.
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
* Almonds (बादाम) - Some
* Pistachios (पिस्ता) - Some
* Cashew Nuts (काजू) - Some
For Garnishing:
* Roasted Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
* Desiccated coconut(नारियल पाउडर) - Some
RECIPE:
For Cornflour Milk, Take a pan, and put Milk to boiling. Put some Sugar Powder & boil it then add CornFlour Milk in It stirring it continuously till it turns thick. then turn off the flame Then keep it cooling down
For Sugar Syrup, keep a pan on flame & put some Sugar & Water in it. Then put some Cardamom Powder, Saffron in it.
For Cream, Take a pan, put CornFlour Milk to boiling keep the thick stirring it continuously till it turns half. then turn off the flame Then keep it cooling down keep the thick Milk in the fridge So in this way The Cream is ready
For pudding, take some Bread slices & cut them into a round shape. Then press the center part of the bread with a glass After then cut it into the center. Then fry them in medium heated Oil until they get golden in color. Keep the fried Bread on a strainer to remove extra Oil.
In a tray/bowl, put some Bread Slices, put some Sugar Syrup, and Milk Mixture then keep the Bread Slices on it. Now Garnish with Dry Fruits & add some Sugar Syrup. In this way, The Delicious Bread pudding is Ready To Serve
For chenna Toast, dip the Fried Bread slices into the Sugar Syrup. Then take it out on a plate & garnish it with Dry fruits, Desiccated Coconut, and Saffron. so in this way, the Chena Toast is Ready to Serve.
For Shahi Toast, Take 2 bread slices then fill the Cream in the middle and garnish with Dry Fruits In a way The Super Tasty Delicious Bread Sweet is Ready to Serve.
