Jeff, good stuff! I do not like the "If I would could you" Even at the end or "Closing" It's just bad! I call it the "If I can't you won't" I had a sales manager in the past that would insist we use this line. I found an article you wrote about not using this line and I used that to show that it really is bad. So, thank you for that! :)
