- Worst customer service ever!! Yesterday I went to the metro pcs store to get my new phone exchanged ( I had purchased that phone 5 days ago) since I was having some issues with the sound clarity in the moto phone so I contacted the customer service and asked them to resolve this for me and they suggested me to walk in to the same store and get my phone replaced since it’s still in warranty . So when I went at the store the sales person working there was acting very rude with me from the very beginning , after listening to my problem he goes “ even though your phone is in warranty but still I don’t want to exchange it,you could do whatever you want, I was so surprised after hearing this from him, I felt helpless and than I asked him to call his manager and he said that he was the manager which was not true .so than I started recording his statement because he was being very unprofessional with ..as soon I started recording him what happened next is someone could never ever imagine, he first started cursing at me and than threw away my brand new phone out of his store ( I do have video recording to support my above statement) #Metropcssucks
As someone who's worked in the industry. This guy just did what many want to do for so long but never do. A lot of people will be complete assholes , threaten you, do stupid shit then when even fails, whip out their camera and transform into these hurt desperate people.

This is why I do Verizon. I know I pay more but these stores treat people like their trash because they pay less for their service and a lot of these stores are in low-income neighborhoods. Treat people like they're human beings.
Andre Barnes thing is customers also treat us like shit.... they come over here yelling at us for something so simple that we already explained to them yet we get screamed at spit at and treated like shit too customers are assholes too so don’t blame it on the sales rep if we see someone treating us like shit we have the right to deny service because ive had customers that come to my store and come screaming at me for something that i didnt do and then i get stressed out and they expect me to treat them nice by them giving me an attitude no. We are people too we dont deserve being treated like that.
Eh Verizon lied straight to my face and in my ear for 2 months about having coverage where I live. But I guess they were "nice" about it.

I hate when people say; This is the reason I left Metro by T-Mobile. First of all, not all Metro stores are like this. The Metro store by my house has the sweetest, most professional, and knowledgeable techs around.

Metro dealers will not do returns. They are out to steal your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WITH ANY METROPCS DEALER STORE unless it is a corporate store. It's just best to switch to Verizon or at&t.

I am an employee from MetroPCS and this is not what we do. Sorry you had to go through that. I always make sure my customers are taking care of and happy with their service. The warranty would of been free of charge. But device will take 5-7 business days. Any authorized metro can do warranty claims. You should go to corporate and show then the video.

I went to metro to port my number over the person was rude and acted like he didn't want to help needless to say boostmobile was right across the street so guess what that's where I went they were the nicest people could meet....

And furthermore if it was a 3rd part location "authorized retailer" then they have no corporate to answer to. There CEO is john Smith who lives down the street. a himani Did u research and find out who the store owner is, I would definitely do that first (but I have a feeling that the store is probably owned by a family member, thats usually the case especially when u have an employee who behaves like this, they pretty much know they won't get fired)! I've never heard of minutes being used/accumulated when calls go to voicemail so I'd check into that. If the owner isn't going to accommodate and make this right I suggest u take them to small claims court to recoup the money lost on the phone....good luck!

a himani Its public record, all u have to do is go to city hall or your county records office and search for the property owner. Even though the property owner may not be the store owner (i.e. if they rent from the property owner) the owner can provide that information.
I would just contract my credit card company, show them this video and have them do a chargeback.

Same thing just happened to me on the 17th and 18th they scammed me out of all my money and gave me a fake SIM card and West Chester Ohio and customer service only routes to South Africa and Johannesburg or the Philippines no luck getting through the corporate office they said hire a lawyer I have it all on audio even the guy at the call center the supervisor himself told me I should sue MetroPCS! The employee told me I should sue him! What is going on!?!?

I got a metro one 5G phone and it sucks so bad I had a rev4+ before and it was good I know this is all topic but does anyone else's 5G phone suck also I feel like there's not enough towers yet for it 🤷🏻. But I know the reason why he got so mad they hate when you return stuff they get paid from what they sell so when you return something you're taking money out of their pocket . Let me tell you how do they fool around their customers, so when you purchase the phone they will make you sign a contract which says that if you have any problems with your phone you could exchange it within 7 days if your talk time doesn’t exceed 60 minutes , but this 60minutes talk time also includes the incoming call, so as soon as you purchase the phone, you start getting calls from unknown number on your number and even if you do not answer those calls it still adds to your incoming talk time, so no matter what you do whether you answer this call or not ..your incoming talktime will exceed 60mintues with one day which will make you not eligible to return you phone. It’s a big big scam.
