  • Starts with a 5 sec pre-count, then plays a five beep countdown before each round starts and a beep when it ends, plus an alarm after 60 rounds with 60 sec overtime.

    3: High Knee Toe Taps
    4: Alternating Uneven Pushups
    5: Box Jumps
    Repeat for a total of 6 rounds with a 60 second break between each round to recover for a HIIT lasting approx 35 min.

      @@DarkRavenWargaming Okay thanks. I do various content, but mainly cooking, workout and stuff now. I also do streaming, but it is not my focus. If you are curious, my edited videos that are not Streams is what I mainly do in hungarian. "somlói galuska" =a Dessert from hungary that is usually very sweet, so I cooked it in healthy way with oat and flaxseedflour "zabpehely" = Oatmeal, the healthy and Protein-packed way with eggs "Krumplipüré" = hungarian smashed potatoes cooked with the shell of the potatoe, for maximum vitamins. How can I do better content in your opinion? :D
