Sir i don't have earth current. Will it work with live and neutral line without connecting to earth. Asking because it's a risky thing.
Without earthing, the device will definitely work but it will compromise the safety measures. Due to the of earthing, the fuse blown off when there is a short circuit. Without earthing the fuse will not blown off even if there are any short circuit in the device. Hope this will help

Same heater we have but the water flow in shower is less pervious it was good. What can be done
If previously it was good and now it's causing problems, means there is no problem in your heater, the problem lies in the inlet or outlet tap. At first check and try to clean the opening of the extream water outlet (tap) for clogging. There's is wire mesh that need to be cleaned, if it's clogged by dirt. If u can't understand, please take few snaps very close to the water outlet tap and share it with my Instagram or FB page (links are given in the description box of each video) for a closer of your tap for better understanding.

sir 3 lt. se kya mtlb hai..ki ye ek baar me only 3 lt. paani hi garm karega..or dobaraa 5/10 minute fhir wait karna hoga...aap bataiye sir
If we power the heater for 2-3 mins (without taking out any water from it), we will get 3 lit super hot water, , after that we will get warm water (if the power switch is still on & at the same time we are trying to take out the water from the heater). If we want the super hot water again (3 lit), we have to close the hot water outlet & wait for 2-3 mins again (by keeping the power switch on).

I have exactly same geyser, it has stopped working suddenly (I guess, it was left ON for a long time, so it gt overheated)
Amreen, there must be a reset button, please try to find that button and reset the device. There might be a chance that it triped due overloading.
To get reset button, do I need to open the geyser device or that button could be found outside somewhere?
No Amreen, it's visible from outside and it's marked (reset), it will be black colour. If you still have doubts, please send a msg in my FB or Instagram page, so that I can share the snap of the reset button of my own geyser for your reference.

hi.. what's the indication of red and green light?
Red Light indicate that the gyser has electric power, green light indicates that the gyser is making hot water for u. Green light goes off when the temperature inside reached a certain value like super hot. Hope this will help. Regards

When Installed water is not coming out of outlet valve. What could be the problem?
Check the flow of water in the inlet pipe. If it's fine, turn the power ON of geyser and try again
what is the difference between 1 litre and 3 litre instant geysers? since they dont store hot water will it be ok to buy 1 litre geyser instead of 3 litre geyser?
Thank you so much for your query. 1 litre geyser store 1 litre water, it means 2 to 3 minutes after turning on the geyser, we will get 1 liter super heated water & after that we will get warm running water. Similarly incase of 3 litre instant geyser, we will get 3 liter super heated water & after that warm running water as long as the the electric switch is turned on. Hope this will help. Best regards

I'm using 1 litre instant geyser. In 1 litre geyser u will get 1/2 bucket of hot water and after that u will get warm water which is definitely sufficient for a single person.

Ya definitely u can install the gyser without the gate valve, but in that case during any repairing job or due to any othe reason if u want to open the inlet water pipe from the gyser, every time u have to close / open the main value (that has been attached to the main water tank). सर, मैने गीजर सेट किया ,तो जब इनपुट का सप्लाई बन्द करता हू तो हॉट वॉटरआउट नही होता है, और जब इनपुट चालू करता हू तब हॉट वॉटर आउट स्टार्ट होता है।
तो हमेशा इनपुट वॉटर सप्लाई देते रहना होगा

Thank you so much for your query. Your geyser can definitely run without the gate valve. The gate valve controls the incoming of the inlet water into the geyser tank. If u do not install it, then while repairing the geyser in the long run, u need to turn off of the main water supply from the main water tank(on the roof top), sometimes it can be inconvenient. That's the only difference between installing & not installing the gate valve. Hope u understand what I mean to say. Please feel free if you have any more queries. Regards

After u switch on the geyser, wait for 3-5 minutes, after that ur suppose to get 3 liters super heated water or keep an eye on the indicator lamp, see how long the green light will take to switch off automatically. After it switched off check the temperature of the water, if u think it not sufficiently hot means it's time to call the professionals. Hope this will help. Please keep me inform the results.
