thanks for the video! just wanted to note, the handle is actually an extension of the vacuum cleaner itself (turns it into a portable unit for cleaning nooks and crannies) so there may be dirt inside it as well. The HEPA filter can also be removed and washed :)

What about that little fuzzy strip on the bottom of the cleaner head. My Lupe vacuum has a bunch of crusty stuff stuck to the strip, and it fell out. I don’t know how to clean it or put it back in. What do you recommend?
Great video. I know Lupe is a new company. I am wondering how it is holding up and whether they have made any changes to it. Are they able to ship spare parts to the US at this time? I'm hoping to order one soon.
I've had mine since they launched on Kickstarter, around 2-ish years ago. Still going strong. One of my favorite investments for the house. They do ship spare parts to the US.
