4:52 I love how the strings sounds like two fighter jets heading towards one another at a high rate of speed and you just know they are going to collide and crash into one another... the symbolism of this show even exists in the music... Ramin is a genius!!
The Greens have awoken the dragon within Rhaenyra!
This song shows how Vhagar is terrifying
sounds like the battle above the gods eye
Omg yes and they’re both DIVING towards the water at the end
It will be sad when the war ends and no one wins. I blame Viserys, he let this happen.
More like Otto, imo
@@princesssheogorath1979 nah the first domino that fell was pushed by Viserys
Viserys is not to blame here, this only happened because of Alicent being obsessed for crowning his son and use Viserys last words as excuse.
@@Catarssis347 VISERYS IS THE VERY PERSON TO BLAME IN THIS MESS; the precedent on who gets to sit on the Iron Throne has already been resoundingly set during the Great Council that chose between Princess Rhaenys and then-Prince Viserys. In the books, it was said that for every vote that Rhaenys got, Viserys got 20. To illustrate this, let's say Rhaenys (with help of Houses Velaryon and Baratheon) was able to rally 200 Houses to her cause. With the aforementioned ratio, this would mean Viserys got 4000 Houses backing his claim. This cannot be simply ignored by anyone including succeeding Kings of Westeros
Viserys started brewing trouble by naming Rhaenyra his heir. A resounding majority of the lords of Westeros have already stated that the Iron Throne should go to a man and by doing so, Viserys himself planted the seeds of discord and chaos to come.
Naming Rhaenyra as his heir would have probably been agreeable to many lords if Viserys decided to stubbornly refuse to marry again and reason out that he has only one child and it was Rhaenyra alone. And Viserys should have gone ahead and trained his daughter right away on how to rule. And kept her very close to him.
But Viserys decided to marry again. Remarrying is a-okay if only Viserys chose Laena Velaryon as his next queen. Why choose Laena? Because Houses Baratheon and Velaryon and all the other houses who supported Rhaenys during the Great Council was deeply hurt with the result. By marrying Laena, it would repair the unseen wounds caused by the Great Council and secure the support of the aforementioned houses.
But nooooooo, the fucking idiot chose his daughter's best friend and did it behind her back. Not only did this insult House Velaryon, it deepened the rift between Viserys and Rhaenyra.
So, yes, Viserys is indeed the person to blame for the Dance of the Dragons. Viserys started the civil war that Jaehaerys worked so hard to avoid. The Hightowers simply used Viserys' indecisive and incorrect decisions against him and his daughter.
