There’s a theory that it’s the voice of her victims, because the adult voice sounds like one of the therapist’s voices. And she’s responsible for a lot of missing children, which would explain the children laughs

Vanny's old laughs sound like each varient is going up. What I mean by that is on the voiceline wiki for vanny, theres 6 varients (shown on this video in order) but if you play them from varients 6 - 1 it sounds like a child turning into an adult. The way its normally shown, (varients 1-6) is an adult turning into a child.
Varient 6 - a 4, 5, or 6 year old
Varient 5 - a little bit older, maybe around 7 or 8
Varient 4 - a teenager
Varient 3 - an 18 year old (an adult)
Varient 2 - late 20's
Varient 1 - late 30's or 40
