I have been trying for a year and a half and the doctors told me it's a one in a million chance of conceiving. Found out I am 6 weeks yesterday. It's so early and I am so scared. Please pray for me and my baby.

Sara!! Oh my god, you really have popped out! You look beautiful (as always). Your belly has rounded out and, what used to be a "bump" has moved into your upper abdomen, rounded out, and you 100% look pregnant. I always looked forward to looking pregnant during my pregnancies. I can't wait until you can feel your little one move. It starts out feeling like a little "tap, tap tap" from the inside and, as the baby grows, so do the taps! I still think you're having a girl. Haha so remember I’m really short and I guess short girls pop sooner and I also feel like my stomach gets really bloated after I eat which makes the whole belly like start right below my boobs 😂😂😂

I was always told to not engage in new physical activities that you weren’t doing before pregnancy to avoid unnecessary and strenuous activities on the fetus.
Maybe double check with your provider that starting to lift weights for the first time during pregnancy is ok 👍 x
So before IVF, I used to teach group exercise classes and I worked out all the time. I should be ok and I will take it easy! I have lifted light weights before just not consistently but I won’t be lifting anything even remotely heavy don’t worry 🥰

I know it depends on the clinic but at my clinic you would be allowed to choose and it does not cost any more to chose which embryo to want to transfer! I’m excited for you to start your journey soon! 💞💞💞
